Colette Beringer is a Business Development Coach who works with attorneys in developing customized business plans. Colette educates, motivates and assists attorneys in creating specific activities to achieve business development goals. Colette has worked with attorneys for more than twenty five years as a Business Development Executive for multi-national law firms in Chicago, New York and Cleveland. She has been successful at working with managing partners, partners and associates in establishing business development initiatives and training programs.

Colette has been a pioneer in the field of business development for law firms since 1985.

She has directed large scale business development departments for large, mid sized and boutique firms. In addition, she has created cutting-edge programs targeting General Counsel, Women and Minorities in Fortune 500 companies. She is also the founder of the Chicago Chapter of OROC, "Out Run Ovarian Cancer," a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating the community on the early signs of ovarian cancer.

Colette received her B.A. from John Carroll University, a liberal arts college based in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
